We are a mobile Wood-fired Pizza Truck based in Lakes Entrance, Victoria. We provide consistently good unmistakeable flavour with just the right combination of sauce, cheese, crust and every day fresh toppings.
Our custom built truck is fully set up to provide fresh & fabulous gourmet pizzas and great coffee for events ranging from small private parties to week long public festivals in Gippsland, Victoria.
Because we use a commercial wood-fired oven our pizzas only take 3 to 4 minutes to cook. We can cook 6 9inch pizzas at a time so we can produce a gourmet pizza every minute. If your pizza choice isn't available we can fire one freshly for you by the time your coffee is made!
